Handling time
All domestic orders are shipped within 10 business days of purchase using USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail International depending on your location and available service. Postages are calculated based on location and weight.

Our shipping dates are Mondays, and Fridays before 10:00 EST. If Monday falls on a holiday, then it will be Tuesday shipping and etcetera.

Currently, we are unable to fulfill any special requests for Express or Overnight. Please place your order ahead of time for it to arrive within an expected time frame.

Shipping time
The typical delivery time frame is between 2-7 business days for domestic orders and 7 to 14 business days for international orders however, you may receive your item much earlier.

Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Invoices are provided upon request.

30-days return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you will have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our goal is for our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@capsvariety.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 1 to 4 business days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
